HTML Brower?

Hope this isn't too offtopic:

I know Batik's JSVGCanvas does not handle HTML (or at least last I checked it
doesn't), so I'm looking for a solution when I have SVG documents that link to
HTML documents.  There's lots of ways to do this, but essentially I'm looking
for a nice open source web browser that I could incorporate into my project,
preferrably something with an Apache-like license.  The basic Java swing
components have really old HTML support so they won't work.  Anyone know of a
project or solution?
