   Closing this Dependabot PR. It targets a major Vue 2 to 3 upgrade, but the branch has drifted substantially from main (346 files changed), so it cannot be merged as a dependency bump. A Vue 3 migration for custos-portal should be undertaken as a dedicated effort. Dependabot will open a fresh PR if the dependency remains flagged.
