   Ok I've taken a look through and made a comment or two in threads above. This is looking good, I only have two places that I'm curious about:
   
   1. Should we bump https://github.com/dragosmg/arrow/blob/5e2fc5642beb79c99c5e672ce5d2a0d77369200b/ci/docker/linux-apt-docs.dockerfile#L21 too? I don't see it mentioned in the discussion above or on this branch (or maybe we should use the default from `R` in `.env`?)
   
   2. We still have only 41 in our conda builds. This might be ok + it's a bit more involved to bump them, but if we're bumping from 4.1 to 4.2 elsewhere, we should probably bump here too, no?
