Bruno again has sent me an error which indicates that the servlet filter is not set, but the issue here is that ext-scripting itself should be disabled instead of still throwing errors (aka the proxies should not trigger)

I introduced a web.xml check (sorry for the additional dependency)
which checks for the existence of the filter and if not, the entire
extension-scripting is disabled and a severe warning is given
that you should add the filter!
