[PROPOSAL] Releases schedule

Hi guys,

I would like to propose the following release schedule in regard of the 
latest update:

Today (Monday September, 15): Karaf 2.3.8 and 2.4.0
Friday (September, 19): Karaf 3.0.2 and Karaf 4.0.0.M1

WDYT ?

Haha.

I've got bottles allotted to our current and future releases ;)

Testing snapshots is the most important thing - its always better to
hold off a release candidate than to have to restart a vote process.

A big thank you for that already

about the bottle of wine, you'd need to check with Jamie ;)
But I'm sure he will also enjoy a 2014 wine.
But looks like he already choose the release wines for those releases :D [1]

My team and I have already been testing 3.0.2-SNAPSHOT pretty heavily.  I
am building 3.0.2 with latest maven as well.

Not sure about the bottle of wine, is he OK with 2014 bottle year?

Test the current available SNAPSHOTs if they are already sufficient and
after the releases are submitted for vote test those again :D
If you find Issues report those early on

or maybe sponsor a bottle of wine to jgoodyear  (though this hasn't been
done before) :D
