As described in SPARK-51603, there is a logical interdependency between the `connect-client-jvm` and `assembly` modules.

However, the solution provided in https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/50396 is merely a workaround and does not perfectly resolve the issue. So, we should try to migrate the tests related to RemoteSparkSession to a separate module to eliminate this dependency.
