Multiple inflight large transactions running in parallel on different connections can consume broker direct memory and potentially can cause running out of memory without even breaching of the connection memory usage limit (connection.maxUncommittedInMemorySize). The broker should have an ability to restrict the usage of direct memory by messages from uncommitted transactions on different connections per Virtual Host and Broker levels.
