emulating multi IP

hi guys,
    I know that apache support multiple virtual hosting, but does it support
multiple IP besides 127.0.0.1 ?
I want to - for ex - to write a guestbook that gets the IP of the user, if i
gonna test it on my PC, the only IP i get is 127.0.0.1, is there is any way
to emulate some fictious IP??
