Oracle 发布了 GraalVM [https://github.com/oracle/graal] ，支持将 Java 应用静态编译为 Native Image，在云原生领域能够极大的将 Java 的启动速度提升至少 10 几倍，Spring/Spring Boot 社区均已经支持或者计划支持 GraalVM 的 Feature，参见此 issues:[https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-framework/search?q=graalvm&type=Issues] ，能够支持静态编译的能力，所以这里建议 Log4j2 也需要尽快支持静态编译的特性，能够在 GraalVM 下被正确编译。
