class reload
Hi all:
I am using tdk 1.1a10. After I recompile my java codes, I find I need to
restart tdk to take the change.
Is there any solution for this? Or have the latest tdk version solve this
problem?
Regards
fanyun

Hi Jason:
Thanks for your information. But since I am really not familiar with the
configurations. Would you explain a little more about where should I add th
line:
<Context path="" docBase="scarab" reloadable="true"/>
Regards & Thanks

In the TDK catalina is setup to configure webapps dynamically, if you
want class changes to be detected by catalina then you must specify
this for the context your webapp is in. This is what scarab does in
its sandbox. Use something like this:
<Context path="" docBase="scarab" reloadable="true"/>
And replace scarab with the name of your webapp and your
class changes should be detected.

Do you have something like 'reloadable' set to 'false' in server.xml?
Didier.
