[PR] docs(faq): convert flask fab freeze question to a proper heading [superset]

### SUMMARY
Small documentation fix in `docs/docs/faq.mdx`.
The FAQ entry **"Why does 'flask fab' or superset freeze/hang/not responding when started (my home directory is NFS mounted)?"** was the only entry in the FAQ formatted as bold text (`**...**`) instead of a `##` heading, and it contained a stray apostrophe/backtick mismatch (`flask fab'`).
Every other question in the FAQ uses a `##` heading. This change makes the entry consistent:
- Converts the bold text to a proper `##` heading so it renders and anchors like the other FAQ entries
- Fixes the inline code backticks around `flask fab`
- Standardizes wording (Superset capitalization, etc.)
### TESTING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Open the rendered docs page for the FAQ and verify the entry appears as a heading consistent with the rest.
2. Verify the heading anchor works.
### ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- No feature flags required
- No API changes
- No DB migration required
