Proposed PyCon 2020 Airflow Sprints

I spoke to Philipe Gagnon who is one of the organizers for PyCon US
conference <https://us.pycon.org/2020/> (15-23 April 2020) and we both
agree that it would be great to organise an Airflow Workshop/Sprint there.

There are two areas that might be interesting for PyCon:

   - Submitting a talk proposal - talks are happening 17-19th of April. I
   am going to submit a few proposals for sure :) and looking at the past
   year's event - I think we all could have a lot of interesting things to say
   about what we do in Airflow - so I encourage you to do the same :). There
   are 4 days left.
   - Organizing an Airflow Sprint (Sprint happen April 20-23). This
   requires us to setup a shop with "workshops for Airflow contributors" and
   run for 1- 3 days.  We could apply for a grant to cover our expenses
   apparently (and we seem to have high chance to win it). For that - having
   more committers involved might be a good idea, so that we can share the
   work (and glory as well ;).

Would any of the committers be willing to join such Sprint? I will submit a
grant proposal in a day or two and I would love to know if some of you are
interested ?

Just to provide some more information with regards to travel grants, these
are offered through the PyCon financial aid program
<https://us.pycon.org/2020/financial-assistance/> which sponsors travel and
attendance costs for individuals who might otherwise not be able to attend.
Notable open-source contributors is a category of persons that receives
specific consideration. Please be sure to apply individually by January 31,
2020 if you plan to attend and require some coverage for your travel costs.
