[VOTE] [RESULT] Apache OFBiz 10.04.02

Thanks to the voters, this vote has passed with the following results:

[+1] 11: Ashish, Pierre Smits, Deepak Dixit, Jacques, Ankit Jain, Chandan Khandelwal, Tim Ruppert, Vikas Mayur, Dhirai, Hongs, Erwan
[-1] 0

The minimum (3) number of +1 votes from PMC members has been reached: 4 votes from Ashish, Jacques, Erwan, Jacopo

I will proceed with the remaining steps required to release the package.
