Merging karaf integration into trunk

I plan to merge the karag integration work that has been done in the sandbox
into trunk later today.
This will be a bit dirsuptive, so if you have any ongoing work in trunk (for
nmr and features), let me know if that's the case and I'll hold on a bit.

Hi Gert,

Thanks for you suggestion, there are some broken spring bundles in my
local repo. After clean them up, now I can build the camel features.

+1 for pull the features file from Camel repository, it will save us
some time :)

BTW, I found the generated feature file include some unnecessary
bundles, do you have any idea to fix it ?

Hi Willem,

There's proabably a broken jar in your local repo that the features
generator is trying to unpack. If you run this with mvn -X clean
install, you should get a lot more output, including some indication
as to what the generator is doing at the moment it encounters this
problem.

However, we probably want to stop maintaining the features.xml file at
ServiceMix (and remove it from trunk alltogether) and pull in the
Camel features file at assembly build time.

I've done the NMR and working on the features project now, but there's lot
to fix.
The welcome has not been ported, i haven't checked all the features that are
not installed by default, examples may have to be fixed ...
