-q for quiet, otherwise I think the default is fine. There is no way to differentiate between goal types.

        Key: MAVEN-1269
Summary: Add the capability to hide goal names from output
       Type: Improvement

     Status: Closed
   Priority: Major
 Resolution: WON'T FIX

 Original Estimate: Unknown
 Time Spent: Unknown
  Remaining: Unknown

    Project: maven
   Versions:

Description:
Just wondering if we can have a setting by default whereby certain goal names do not appear when you are running maven. Especially the ones labeled :init it would at least make the run look cleaner. Basically you can probably have it where undocumented goals or specially tagged goals have their names not displayed.
