+Based on discussions with the end users for reports, the following changes are useful as being part of the final product:
+1) A higher emphasis on the time series component of the reporting. Being able to pull reports based on time. i.e. to pull a report from June 2013 (as it was then.) Use the date_time field more extensively when creating reports.
+2) The ability to have reports that enumerate and compare tickets status during a set timeframe.
