Plan for stable 1.4?

Hi,

I checked the archive, but this may be a FAQ anyway: Is there a plan or
schedule for a stable 1.4 release?

We're a couple of weeks away from a beta release of our own stuff based on
Xerces-C.  I was about to take one last update from CVS to get recent
changes, but it occurred to me that if a 1.4 was imminent, I might just wait
for that.

Otherwise, I'm happy to pick up the last nightly.
