Some beneficial changes for Document Filter transformation connector:
(1) Connector should be able to turn off filtering for things the user doesn't want to filter on.  Introduce a "*" match, which matches everything, and include it in the list of extensions and mime types.
(2) Connector should "hard filter" in addition to filtering via check method, for those connectors that don't call the check methods.
(3) Connector should have the ability to filter documents based on date.
