Unreleased maven artifacts

I was just in Nexus [1] and noticed that there are quite a few Crail repositories. I believe that they correspond to the failed release candidates (rc1, rc2 etc.)

As release manager, be sure to drop artifacts of failed RCs. (The life cycle is Open -> Close -> Release or Drop.)
