php shindig server
Hi
I was tryng to set up a php shindig server.
Assuming i had all the pre requisite requirements and i opted for not
creating a virtual host rather than defining web_prefix in php/index.php.
On pointing my browser to
http://localhost/shindig/php/gadgets/ifr?url=http://www.labpixies.com/campaigns/todo/todo.xml
I get a 404 error.
Am i missing me. I was wondering why .htacess is not redirecting it to
index.php even if rewrite url is defined there.

Hi Ropu, which is the settings that you have to add in /config/container.js?
Becouse I'm also getting "Unsupported feature(s): setprefs, analytics,
locked-domain" so I guess I'm missing some config, I just changed the
web_prefix value in config.php...

u need to send more params to the /ifr?
try running it from the sample container or using partuza (
http://code.google.com/p/partuza)

thx for replying :)
i have the complete code, ../features and ../config do exist. the default
locations of the directories defined in the config.php are
*realpath(dirname(__FILE__))
. '/../features/'* and *realpath(dirname(__FILE__)) . '/../config/'* , and i
printed them, the value was correct.
any thing else should i modify? need help:)

Did you do a complete checkout of the shindig code?
Next to the php/ dir it also needs ../features and ../config, see the
config.php for their default locations of you want to modify where you
put them.
Without that features directory, it wouldn't know any features for
instance :)

You should add a rewrite rule in your .htaccess file or in your apache
config file. The .htaccess file redirects all requests that are neither an
existing file or directory to index.php.
At the meantime, i have another problem of the php shindig server. i have
done all the things follow the doc here(
