SINGA-143 The compilation cannot detect libsingagpu.so file

Add LIBTOOL environment parameters in configure.ac.
Edit some parameters in Makefile.am.

> I encounter "libsingagpu.so not found" warning and some functions undefined errors although there is a libsingagpu.so file in singa folder. The main cause is that libtool cannot detect the file -- We need to add the singa folder into our ld parameters when compiling.
