Tomcat-IIS isapi Redirector is Red.

Hi Tomcat users,

I am under the Installation  my web application in NT/IIS under Jakarta-Tomcat.

Per the Instruction on TOMCAT IIS HOWTO by Gal Shachor, 
I downloaded & doing Configuring with IIS. 

Now the Tomcat server is working under the port 8080. But in Configuring the ISAPI Redirector , the jakarta filter is marked with Red arrow instead of Green up-pointing.

Please any one help me to change Red to Green.
