The Downloads page lists the Maven dependencies as:

Server:

<dependency>
    <groupId>org.apache.wink</groupId>
    <artifactId>wink-server</artifactId>
    <version>1.4.0</version>
</dependency>

Client:

<dependency>
    <groupId>org.apache.wink</groupId>
    <artifactId>wink-client</artifactId>
    <version>1.4.0</version>
</dependency>

Maven builds fail, because the version for both artifacts should be 1.4, not 1.4.0.  I verified this fact via Maven Central.
