I have as follows:
AddDescription "Test" C:/http/images/mp.zip
It doesn't seem to want to work. If anyone wants to take alook, check out 
<http://vectec.net/images>http://vectec.net/images. I have Apache 1.3 
running on Windows 98SE.

Oh, an other question (which is probably already answered somewhere is, 
when is Win32 going to see ssl?

Try
AddDescription "Test" images/mp.zip
That should work.

Regarding the SSL, it's already supported.
Google for win32 apache ssl openssl
