[users@httpd] installation problem: warn(2) message

i forgot to mention that i opend the error log file.
the error log file says:


[Thu Jan 08 16:26:48 2004] [warn] (2)No such file or directory: exec() may
not be safe
[Thu Jan 08 16:26:48 2004] [warn] (2)No such file or directory: exec() may

[Thu Jan 08 16:26:48 2004] [warn] exec() may not be safe

as you can see it places every line twice.
when i click the icon to start apache console i see two windows opening and
one is closing
immediatly.
the other one stays open and is given the message.


i am an beginner and don't know a thing about servers;
