work state for 3.0

Hi,

I've read Wiki and list archive on 3.0 roadmap. Are there any begun work 
on 3.0 release ? What seems the most important to me is to have a clean 
separation between Slide kernel and Slide WebDAV layer.

from Daniel, it seems that my opinion is shared. In fact for me, Slide 
should end up with
- all existing webDAV methods being present at slide kernel level with 
no HTTP stuff dependency
- have the WebDAV layer introduce the HTTP handling mechanics. This 
layer will rely on the kernel for the actual work.

As we're interested in this, chances are that we could contribute to the 
effort. In fact I'm beginning work on this as of today and wanted to 
know if some work has already been done.
