We're going to extend the support of OSs in docker provisioner which aligns the supported OSs at package level. By doing so, there will be multiple vagrantconfig_xxx.yaml file being placed under vagrant-puppet-docker. In addition, hosts and config.rb file should be hidden by users instead of showing up apparently. 
This JIRA aims at reconstruct the layout of configurations and improves the UX.
