flink的消费速率是否可以调整

Hi，各位大佬：
我们在使用flink消费kafka的时候，是否可以在代码中自定义消费速率，来调整源端的消费能力。

kafka consumer config里面有一些配置参数可以达到限速功能，例如
max.partition.fetch.bytes
fetch.max.bytes
max.poll.records

应该不行吧，kafka client本身就没有限速的功能。
