Kylin 3.1.0 - Planner and optimize through API

Hi Team,
      Thanks for Kylin tool and your support. Am using kylin version 3.1.0 , like to check options to automate Cube Planner and optimize through Rest API service call. Please advise this feature availability or any other alternative way to automate this feature other than UI flow. Thanks in advance
