   Any objection to changing this behavior? I'm not sure what the considerations were for graceful errors (maybe nicer logs?) that imply the container should be destroyed.  
   
   In other words we could specify:
   - any well formed 200 response will allow container reuse
   - any exception or non-200 response will prevent container reuse
   
   WDYT?
