JIRA Q: How to request new feature in JIRA?

Hi, list!
I made an account in Apache JIRA but after logging
i found that I don't know what to do next.
Maybe someone can point me on some set of instructions
that I need to do, to add new feature request ( or any other think ).

Yes, it's not as intuitive as it could be. I would agree. But, once you
get the hang of it, it's pretty nice.

I had the same problem when I used jira for the first time.
The position of the 'create new issue' link just doesn't match
my expectations that were formed by decades of tool use.
It's in the top menu bar next to 'home' and 'browse projects'.

You should probably read some documentation that can be found in the JIRA
help system. In the top right corner you should see a yellow button with a
question mark. This will direct you to the JIRA online help system.

Cheers
