[I] Link to CVE app does not preserve issue details [security-dash]

sebbASF opened a new issue, #5:
URL: https://github.com/apache/security-dash/issues/5

I tried clicking one of the Whimsy reports to allocate a CVE.
However, the details in the link don’t get transferred to the CVE page; even the project name has to be selected.

This may be an issue with the cveprocess code.
If it is not possible to forward the information, I wonder if individual links are necessary - maybe just have a single link?

Oops you already beat me to it with https://github.com/apache/security-vulnogram/issues/214 👍

Indeed it currently doesn't, but I think we should add this feature to cveprocess - filed https://github.com/apache/security-vulnogram/issues/216

Right now it sometimes takes some manual work to correlate newly allocated CVEs to existing threads, having that link (without creating more work for people) would be helpful.
