[jira] Created: (INFRA-3183) fix the 2011 NA apachecon lists
fix the 2011 NA apachecon lists
-------------------------------
Key: INFRA-3183
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-3183
Project: Infrastructure
Issue Type: Bug
Security Level: public (Regular issues)
Components: Mailing Lists
Reporter: Brett Porter
Assignee: Brett Porter
it was reported that the mailing lists were not able to be subscribed to. I found that the list directories were missing a number of files (eg. editor) causing the symbolic links in the root directory to be broken.
Upon closer inspection, there were both .qmail-*-2011-na* files and .qmail-*-2011-NA* files.
I moved all of those files, and the relevant list directories, to ~apmail/2011-list-backups. I then recreated the lists and re-subscribed the original subscribers (Noirin, Tony and Philip). The only differences I could see in the other files was that the headeradd was different, though the new one looked more correct (the original only had Reply-To).
The backup can be removed once they are confirmed to be working.
