Does anyone know what this means or what to do about it?
Right now we're attempting to recreate the repository without this revision
(and then we'll try to commit it again).

I was convinced that this was a problem with a commit operation;
but, it turns out this was from an attempted update instead.
Ultimately, we just deleted the offending directory completely
(including the .svn subdirectory) then did an update and
everything was fine.
