[PR] [v3-3-test] Simplify api docs on pattern search [airflow]

Backport of #70202 to `v3-3-test`.
Cherry-picked from 6f09cd33ead96bac67ad046bda3f76642c9cd44c.
The source change (`app.py`, `common/parameters.py`) cherry-picked cleanly. The generated files (openapi specs + `ui/openapi-gen/*`) conflicted, so rather than hand-merge them they were reset to the `v3-3-test` versions and **regenerated from the backported source** (FastAPI openapi dump + `pnpm codegen`). The resulting diff matches the original PR's generated-file diff exactly.
