struts2 pull request: Fix for WW-4100.

    Fix for WW-4100.

    Here's one way to fix WW-4100 without changing existing behavior.  I added a new configuration parameter "struts.convention.result.globalResultsOverridesConvention" that is false by default.  Set it to true to make sure global-requests are used unless there's an explicit "-error" to use instead.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/markwoon/struts2 WW-4100
