Missing license headers

Hello,
I've just committed JavaDoc and formatting updates for the various
Abstract component classes. (I still need to make a couple more updates
in the AbstractVisualizer, but it's close.)

While making these changes I noticed that most of the Abstract
component classes don't include the Apache license. The comments were
pretty clear that Mike Stover wrote them, so I'm assuming he's okay with
adding the license, but since I didn't write them I don't think I
technically have the right to do it. So Mike, if you wouldn't mind
making those updates, that would be great. I've left the copyright
years in the JavaDoc comments for the classes, so you should probably
use that year in the copyright statement (and take it out of the
JavaDoc). The classes I'm referring to are AbstractAssertionGui,
AbstractControllerGui, AbstractTimerGui, AbstractVisualizer,
AbstractSamplerGui. I know there are at least a couple other classes as
well, but those are the ones I've been dealing with recently.

Jeremy
