Avro interoperability problem between Java and Ruby

I'm building a Java RPC Server that should accepts requests from a Ruby
Client. I tried to do that using my application but didn't work. So, I
tried using the avro-rpc-quickstart
<https://github.com/phunt/avro-rpc-quickstart>, but also didn't work.

Seems that is some kind of encode problem, but I still didn't solve.

Someone knows how to solve this problem?
