   Thank you, @cxzl25 . Apache ORC release cadence is predefined in GitHub milestone page. And, for your question, this is the milestone for v1.7.6 planned on August 16, 2022.

   BTW, this is not a new issue or regression at ORC 1.7.x, isn't it, @cxzl25 ? All ORC downstream projects (including Spark) has been in the same situation.

   We will, but you should consider Apache Spark release cadence too. Apache ORC has more frequent release cycle. It means you will have Apache ORC 1.7.6 and 1.7.7 before Apache Spark 3.3.1. So, please stay tune. :)
