   HI @joddiy , could you share how did you call singa api? the test you mentioned is tested in here https://github.com/apache/incubator-singa/pull/541/files#diff-5e6248de6199ea6f777c73d3ea2643a5R62
   
   ``` python
   def _np_bn_testing(x, scale, bias, rm, rv, momentum=0.1, e=1e-5):
       ...
       return scale * (x - rm) / np.sqrt(rv + e) + bias
   ```
   
   
   for the `test_mode`, kindly use this api `GpuBatchNormForwardInference`
