PLEASE HEELP!!!

Hello
I have windows XP and ai want to Run my jsps files and my servlets. I have
donwloaded tomca 4 and i made whatever, information from the site of tomcat
and aall the spets to do.
Maybe i miss some spets, but i need help urgent please somebody hel me. I
cannot run nothing made in java beans, servles or .jsp.
So the IIS when i try tu start the web service break with the fallowing
error Unecxpected error 0x8ffe2740 ocurred :S:S
NOw is worse
