+1 to fix the end to end IT infrastructure.
It will be hard to test some features just with UT alone that involves launching other processes.

> There are a couple of ITs, FeedImportIT and FeedExportIT. But, they just schedule feeds. If the instances of the feed fails, the tests do not catch them. In fact, this is true for most ITs, not just these. We need to have a uber fix.
