If only a few pages then yes I would do that. Just create a 'forrest seed-sample' or 'forrest seed-basic' and alter/delete as required.
I'm waiting for a moderator to approve my request to join the dev list. It would be good to discuss finer details there.

That'd be awesome! I've experimented with Forrest and it seems that it would fit our needs almost exactly. Based on playing with the demo it looked to me like the best way to start is to modify it by replacing the pages that come with it with our content (all we have at this point is 4 pages). Do you agree or would you suggest a different approach when migrating our site?
