Hi team

I was looking at “Airavata-1894 Apache Airavata Web-Based Workflow Editor” epic on apache airavata issues,
so I want to ask that if I try to work on that idea and come up with better ways or ideas to do work on it ,
can I write a proposal for Gsoc 2016 on this issue.
