[jira] (LOG4J2-3400) Document Maven coordinates for Log4j Kotlin API

was (Author: breun):
[~mattsicker] https://logging.apache.org/log4j/kotlin/download.html and https://logging.apache.org/log4j/kotlin/dependency-management.html mention version 1.2.0, but it seems this version is not on Maven Central. https://search.maven.org/search?q=log4j-api-kotlin shows 1.1.0 as the latest version.

https://issues.apache.org/jira/projects/LOG4J2?selectedItem=com.atlassian.jira.jira-projects-plugin:release-page also shows the 'Kotlin 1.2.0' releases as unreleased.

> I found [https://logging.apache.org/log4j/kotlin/|https://logging.apache.org/log4j/kotlin/], and wanted to use it, but the page didn't mention the Maven coordinates of the library.
> After a bit of searching on Maven Central I found {{org.apache.logging.log4j:log4j-api-kotlin}}. I think it would be good if https://logging.apache.org/log4j/kotlin/ mentions the groupId and artifactId.
> P.S. I also found that this artifact's version is not managed by {{log4j-bom}}, which was was surprising to me. Is that accidental or intentional?
