*What*
----
Deploy AWS resources using AWS cloudformation.

 

*Why*
----
In a word where resources are limited and in an effort to reduce cost associated with idle infrastucure, we want to be able to schedule the availability of infrastructure. This can be solved by adding an operator for cloudformation.

*How*
----
Add a new AWS operator named *cloudformation*
