[commit] Minor changes to DocumentLoadRunnable

Thanks, Stephane for the forward/back fix!
We now wait for delivery of some events, there are
other minor cleanups.

 Committing in org.apache.batik.util.
        Changed method DocumentLoadRunnable.fireDocumentEvent
        to fireAsyncDocumentEvent, added "wait" parameter to
        indicate whether the dispatcher should wait for
        delivery before returning.
        Changed references to javax.swing.SwingUtilities to
        java.awt.EventQueue, and check thread before using
        invokeLater().  We now wait for delivery of some events.

        Added new interface DocumentEventSource.
        Added method for removing a DocumentListener.
