> The current code usually starts a server on test setup and tears it down on test end. We should try and set up the server once per test using the {{@BeforeClass}}, {{@AfterClass}} annotations in as many test classes as possible as it would shorten their duration as well as avoid the rampant usage of ephemeral ports.
