Hi Sugeesh,
As I just mentioned to someone else, it is worth noting that the issue
tracker has been back up for a bit; if you are interested in learning
more about contributing to the project you can look here:
https://issues.apache.org/bloodhound/wiki/BloodhoundContributing
And as John says, if you find any difficulties with getting started,
there are people on the mailing list who should be able to help.
Cheers,
Gary

Hi Sugeesh,
Thanks for your interest in contributing to the Bloodhound project. Like I
have said previously the main site with all the information on at
https://issues.apache.org/bloodhound/ but the site is currently
unavailable. It would be good to get some knowledge about Trac which is
built upon by Bloodhound. Their site at https://trac.edgewall.org/ has all
the information you might need.
If you have any questions then please post them here so they can get
answered and be useful to all new contributors.
Cheers
