Alexey, I merged changes from your review into "ignite-1371" branch. Also made some minor refactoring of Unit tests and added comments regarding commented lines "CassandraHelper.dropTestKeyspaces()" in Load test classes.

Also added DDL generator utility. Here is documentation for it: https://github.com/irudyak/ignite/wiki/DDL-generator
